Our workshop covers over 1000 square meters. We have more than 80 employees with an annual output of 1 million pieces.
Our flexible production line can provide small batch (MOQ=200) underwear manufacturing, helping brand owners to quickly launch new products and reduce inventory holding costs.
Our professional sample making team has over 10 employees, including designer, paper patterns, fabric collections, and lathe workers.
We provide free sample making for all cooperative brands.

Since the establishment of the factory in 2016, we have produced various types of underwear and served several identified lingerie brands. Like Maison Close, Bluebella, Livy, Vetchy, Annawaldorf Etc.
We prioritize both quality and comfort of lingerie, so we use premium materials and innovative design.
We invest quite some resouces to delelop our innovative technology that combines bonding and sewing. We are able to produce activewear entirely using seamless technology as shown in the pictures. We aim to help you create more perfect and comfortable products.

Our MOQ varies according to different craftsmanship:
Lingerie without molded cups: 300 pieces per color
Lingerie with molded cups: 500 pieces per color
Seamless Bonding style: 2000 pieces per color
Negotiable for small orders, and we offer flexible MOQ for long-term cooperative clients.

We support OEM & ODM sampling service.
The sample fee ranges from 600 to 1200 RMB per style, determined by design complexity, fabric and craftsmanship. Extra cost will be charged for styles with complicated workmanship, special fabrics, customized silicone or printing details.
5 to 10 working days on the premise that all materials, tech packs, artwork and size charts are fully prepared.

The bulk production period is 60 to 90 days, adjusted based on product complexity.
The lead time can be shortened for regular simple styles. Orders with Bonding process, molded cups and special sewing will follow the 90 days schedule.

Our standard payment arrangement is as below:
40% deposit upon contract signing for sampling, material preparation and production scheduling.
The remaining 60% balance shall be fully paid after your inspection on finished bulk goods.
Shipment will be arranged once we receive your full balance payment.

We provide one-stop OEM service.
We can customize fabrics, main labels, care labels, hang tags, packaging bags, gift boxes and matching accessories according to your design requirements.
Both options are acceptable.
You can select fabrics from our stock collection, or we can produce items with your designated fabrics, Pantone color cards and material ratios. We are capable of developing medical-grade fabrics, high-elastic polyamide spandex fabrics, blended fabrics and medical silicone accessories.

Freight and customs clearance fees are not included in our quotation.
We can offer free support: recommend reliable freight forwarders, compare sea and air freight prices, track shipments and resolve logistics issues during delivery.

Full ODM customization is available.
We support size revision, gradient pressure adjustment, seamless stitching, silicone printing, customized cup shape and fine-tuning on Bonding workmanship.
Yes. You only need to provide reference pictures and revision requirements, our technical team can complete the formal tech pack and size chart for free.

Minor revisions on size, craftsmanship and printing position are allowed before placing bulk material orders.
Major design changes are not acceptable once bulk material orders have been placed, to avoid mass material loss.
We strictly follow your Pantone color number for production if you provide one.
Color deviation is inevitable if you only offer pictures or screen colors, which is within the normal industry tolerance. We will produce color swatches for your confirmation before bulk manufacturing.
